Refund and Returns Policy
Who is eligible
Refunds are available exclusively to Verified Member Access members — anyone who purchased through our official checkout and has an active membership account. This protects the program for genuine members and keeps the process fair for everyone.
Eligibility requirements
- You must have used the program for at least 3 months before applying. This is the minimum time our methods need to show measurable results — applying earlier means the exercises simply haven't had time to work yet.
- You'll need to confirm, via our refund request form, that you actually followed the program's methods during that period. This isn't about proving anything elaborate — it's a simple, honest check that keeps the process fair for members who genuinely tried the system.
- Refunds apply to your original purchase only and are processed once per account.
What you receive
Approved refunds return 75% of the total amount you paid for your program. The remaining 25% covers processing, platform, and payment gateway costs that aren't refundable to us once a transaction is made — this is standard across most digital membership programs.
How to request a refund
- Log in to your Verified Member Access membership page.
- Find the return/refund feature on your membership dashboard.
- Fill out the refund request form completely and honestly.
- Our team reviews your request and confirms eligibility.
- Once approved, your refund is sent directly to your Bank Account or PayPal.
Processing time
After your refund application is received and approved, we send your funds promptly to the Bank Account or PayPal details you provide in the form. If anything is missing from your submission, our support team will reach out so there's no unnecessary delay.
Most members who follow the program consistently for the full 3 months see meaningful change — that's exactly why we set the eligibility window where we did. If you've genuinely put in the work and it isn't working for you, we'd rather refund you fairly than have you stuck with something that isn't delivering.
